Rashmeet Kaur, RAY and Kumaar bring a fresh, high-energy sound to the world of Mirzapur: The Movie with Ghoom Ghoom.
(Asian independent) Ghoom Ghoom, the latest song from Mirzapur: The Movie, brings together Rashmeet Kaur, RAY and Kumaar for an energetic, high-impact track that adds a vibrant new dimension to the musical world of the franchise. Released as part of the film’s nine-track soundtrack, the song brings together infectious beats and Rashmeet Kaur’s distinctive vocals, creating a track with a strong dance-floor energy.
The track carries a lively, contemporary sound, with Rashmeet Kaur’s powerful vocals driving its upbeat energy. RAY’s musical contribution and Kumaar’s lyrics come together to create a catchy, rhythm-led number that feels at home within the larger-than-life world of Mirzapur. The song also features Sonal Chauhan, marking her musical introduction to the franchise as a new entrant in Mirzapur: The Movie. At the film’s recent music launch, Rashmeet Kaur performed Ghoom Ghoom live, with Ravi Kishan and Sonal Chauhan joining in on the dance floor.
With its infectious rhythm and high-energy presentation, Ghoom Ghoom brings a different flavour to the Mirzapur soundtrack, complementing the more soulful and dramatic tracks that feature across the album. The song further expands the musical palette of the franchise as it makes its transition from the streaming world to the big screen.
The track forms part of the official Mirzapur: The Movie soundtrack, which also features Vaaroon Forever and Do Numbari. The soundtrack marks the first album release under Excel Music, in partnership with Universal Music India.
