Nawanshahr (Asian independent) (Jatinderpal Singh Kaler) : In the sacred memory of Dhan-Dhan Kullan Di Sarkar Baba Sarwan Dass Maharaj Ji, the 22nd Kabaddi Mahakumbh and Volleyball Tournament is being organized with great devotion and enthusiasm at his first meditation place, village Jalalpur, Tehsil Balachaur. Giving information in this regard, Shri Mahant Baba Bhagwan Dass Ji (Akhara Nawan Udaseen) Nandpur Kesho Patiala and Gaddi Nashin of Dera Baba Sarwan Dass Ji Baurhi Sahib, Swami Dayal Dass Maharaj Ji said that this tournament will be held on 25, 26 and 27 September 2026. They informed that in the tournament, the first prize for All Open Kabaddi has been kept as Rs. 71,000/- and the second prize as Rs. 51,000/-. Apart from this, exciting matches of 75 kg All Open, 65 kg All Open, 55 kg Village Open, 45 kg Village Open, 38 kg Village Open and Volleyball Village Open (Under 19) and Volleyball Village Open will be held. The tournament will be inaugurated on 25th September by Gaddi Nashin Shri Mahant Baba Bhagwan Dass Maharaj Ji and Swami Dayal Dass Maharaj Ji, while the prize distribution on 27th September will also be done by them. On this occasion, Baba Omkar Dass Maharaj Ji and Baba Uttam Dass Maharaj Ji will also be specially present.
