Under the Leadership of Sukhbir Singh Badal, Only Akali Dal Can Give Punjab a Strong and Prosperous Direction: Thiara
Nawanshahr (Asian independent) (Jatinderpal Singh Kaler ): Senior Shiromani Akali Dal leader Dr. Gurpreet Kaur Thiara (daughter of Jathedar Resham Singh Thiara) has said that the people of Punjab are now thinking seriously about the state’s future, and faith in the Shiromani Akali Dal is strengthening once again among the public. She stated that the Shiromani Akali Dal has always played a vital role in protecting Punjab’s soil, Punjabi culture, farming, youth, and the rights of the state. Dr. Thiara said that the 2027 assembly elections will be very important for Punjab because in these elections, people will not just choose a government, but will also decide the future direction and condition of Punjab. She claimed that every section of Punjab is now hoping for a government that understands the people’s problems, prioritizes Punjab’s interests, and leads the state on the right path of development. She said that under the leadership of Sukhbir Singh Badal, the Shiromani Akali Dal will raise the voice for Punjab’s rights with even greater strength. Dr. Thiara stated that the Akali Dal’s vision is not limited to gaining power, but extends to taking the state forward in accordance with Punjab’s historical, social, and economic needs. She emphasized that strengthening agriculture, creating employment opportunities for youth, boosting trade and industry, expanding basic facilities in villages and cities, and safeguarding Punjab’s rights are the need of the hour. She noted that instead of mere promises, the people of Punjab now want a politics characterized by accountability, experience, and commitment to the state. Dr. Gurpreet Kaur Thiara said that in 2027, the people of Punjab have made up their minds to strengthen the Shiromani Akali Dal once again, and under the leadership of Sukhbir Singh Badal, the Akali Dal will emerge in Punjab’s politics with renewed strength. She also appealed to Akali workers to unite, reach out to the public, and apprise them of the party’s policies.
