Pakistan and the OIC raised allegations against India on Jammu & Kashmir at the 62nd UNHRC session in Geneva.

India’s Right of Reply by Anupama Singh’s replied:

“This is the country where the sitting Defence Minister boasts of hosting, training and deploying terrorists as state policy, and yet Pakistan calls itself a victim of terrorism. Indeed, a paradox which only Pakistan could sustain.”

“It is a living example of a Frankenstein state which is shocked when its own monster bites back.”

“It defies logic that a country exporting terror could continue to seek the benefits of cooperation based on goodwill and friendship.”

“Instead of coveting Indian territories, Pakistan would serve itself and its people far better by putting its own house in order. Its seasonal theatrics in this council have long outlived any novelty.”

On J&K: “Jammu and Kashmir was, is and will always remain an integral and inalienable part of India. The only unresolved issue is Pakistan’s illegal occupation of Indian territories and their return.”

Why Pakistan Raised Kashmir, While POK Was Burning

Pakistani security forces opened fire on civilians in Rawalakot on the night of June 7, 2026, killing at least 11 people and injuring over 70, triggering a region-wide shutdown and drawing international condemnation.
Tens of thousands had gathered at Rawalakot’s Eidgah Ground when security personnel opened fire. Women, children, and elderly citizens joined demonstrations demanding justice.

Since unrest began on June 5, at least 53 civilians died in the crackdown across POK. (The Indian Panorama)
Pakistan banned the JAAC — the grassroots group leading the protests , under anti-terror laws, and deployed federal paramilitary troops with a strict travel advisory before a planned long march from Bhimber to Muzaffarabad. (NewsGram)
So Pakistan walked into a UN Human Rights session to talk about Kashmir , while simultaneously shooting civilians in its own occupied Kashmir.

That is the contradiction India exposed.
