London, 17 September 2026: London is preparing to welcome delegates, dignitaries, academics, entrepreneurs, investors, artists and community representatives from around the world for the Vishwa Leader Dr. B. R. Ambedkar International Awards 2026, a major three-day international event taking place from 18 to 20 September 2026.
Organised by Vishwa Leader Techmedia Pvt. Ltd., the programme will bring together an international academic conference, a global business summit and a prestigious awards and cultural ceremony. The three interconnected events are designed to celebrate the legacy of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar while creating practical opportunities for intellectual exchange, commercial collaboration, cultural engagement and international networking.
An estimated 300 to 400 participants from the United Kingdom, India and other parts of the world are expected to attend. A team of approximately 50 volunteers will support the delivery of the conference, business summit, awards ceremony, hospitality arrangements and delegate services throughout the three-day programme.
A significant number of participants are travelling from India, including members of the Ambedkarite community, scholars, business representatives, social organisations, artists and supporters. Organisers in London are preparing to welcome every delegate and provide an international platform on which participants can celebrate Dr. Ambedkar’s intellectual and social legacy.
The gathering will focus on advancing justice, equality, education, opportunity and human dignity through what the organisers describe as a process of **“glocal social transformation”**, connecting global dialogue with meaningful action in local communities.
First Day, Friday 18 September 2026: Vishwa Leader Dr. B. R. Ambedkar International Academic Conference 2026 at the Gallery Lecture Theatre, SOAS University of London.
The academic conference is expected to provide a multidisciplinary forum for professors, researchers, scholars, doctoral candidates and specialists working across law, economics, human rights, technology, governance and global development. Dr. Ambedkar’s contributions as a scholar, jurist, economist, constitutional thinker and advocate of education continue to encourage international discussion. The London conference will provide a contemporary setting in which participants can explore the relevance of equality, rights, democratic participation and social responsibility in a rapidly changing world.
The first day, 18 September 2026: Through scholarly presentations and structured deliberations, the first day will establish the intellectual foundation for the wider three-day programme.
Second Day, Saturday, 19 September 2026: International Business Summit at the Atrium Hotel, Heathrow.
The business meeting is scheduled to be held in the banquet facilities of the Atrium Hotel, Heathrow, London. At the heart of the summit is the ambition to bridge commerce with conscience. Inspired by Dr. Ambedkar’s engagement with economics, education and institutional development, the business summit will emphasise the importance of widening access to economic opportunity. Its broader objective is to encourage an ecosystem in which innovation, investment and entrepreneurship support social mobility and long-term human development.The summit will therefore encourage ethical leadership, responsible investment, sustainable enterprise and business models that expand opportunity. Participants will be invited to identify potential partnerships, explore investment prospects and consider how enterprises of different sizes can contribute to a more inclusive global economy.
Third Day, Sunday, 20 September 2026: Vishwa Leader Dr. B. R. Ambedkar International Awards and Cultural Ceremony at the Greenwood Theatre, Guy’s Campus, King’s College London.
The ceremony will honour stalwarts and achievers from the Ambedkarite community as well as distinguished contributors from other professional, cultural and social fields. The awards are intended not only to recognise established accomplishments but also to encourage future generations to pursue leadership grounded in equality, knowledge and public service.
The gala evening will feature international cultural performances, including presentations involving members of Ambedkarite and Tibetan Buddhist communities. These performances will add an important cultural dimension to the programme, highlighting artistic traditions and the role of culture in building understanding between communities.
A Global Celebration of Knowledge, Unity and Empowerment
The three-day event is open to people of all nationalities, organisations and communities.
