(Asian independent) Under the guidance of Mr. Imran Pratapgarhi, Chairman of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) Minority Department and Rajya Sabha MP, Dr. Subhash Thoba has been appointed as the Convener of the Punjab Minority Department. Dr. Thoba, a dedicated leader who has served in various departments of the Congress party and is a former member of the Punjab Minority Commission, was selected in recognition of his active efforts, loyalty, and hard work for the party. Expressing deep gratitude to the party high command, the AICC, the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC), and senior party leaders across the state, Dr. Thoba extended special thanks to Sh Rahul Gandhi, Sh. Imran Pratapgarhi, Mr. K.C. Venugopal, Punjab Congress President Mr. Amrinder Singh Raja Warring, Punjab Minority Department Chairman Prof. Manuel Nahar, and former minister Dr. Raj Kumar Verka. Dr. Thoba stated that he will work tirelessly day and night to fulfill his new role, strengthening both the PPCC and the Minority Department so that minority community demands can be placed at the forefront when Congress forms the government in 2027. Described as a hardworking leader devoted to the party, Dr. Thoba received congratulations from key leaders, including MP Gurjeet Singh Aujla, Sh Om Parkash Soni , Dr. Raj Kumar Verka, Sunil Datti, Sh Anil Joshi ,former minister Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria, Harpartap Singh Ajnala, and, all of whom he thanked.
