Sri Muktsar Sahib (Asian independent) (Jaswinder Pal Sharma) A reflection session for coordinators working under the academic support group of the Sri Muktsar Sahib district was successfully held at Block Resource Center Hall, Sri Muktsar Sahib. Providing information in this regard, District Resource Coordinator Gurmel Singh Sagoo told that according to the instructions of the state authority, all the block level coordinators of the district had attended their parent schools and conducted the assessment and pedagogy of Mission Samarth in three days. A reflection workshop was organized regarding the information about the pros and cons encountered during the work done in this field practice and their solutions in the future. In the reflection program, the State Resource Persons Gurmel Singh Sagoo and Kamalpreet Singh divided all the BRCs into groups and discussed in detail evaluation, grouping of children, time table of Mission Samarth, and difficulties related to the subject. District Education Officer (Secondary) Jaspal Monga, Deputy DEO Rajinder Soni, and Diet Barkandi Principal Sanjeev Kumar said that organizing field practice for the coordinators before delivering training to the teachers under Mission Samarth is a good initiative. Field practice removes all doubts. They said that with the implementation of Mission Samarth, the learning level of children is increasing. It is noteworthy that under Mission Samarth, children are given two months of education according to their levels. Now a two-day training for teachers working in this project is starting from January 20. This entire training will be completed by February 7.
