Reaches free eye check-up camp at Gurdwara Singh Sabha along with Market Committee Balachaur Chairman Sethi Udhanowal, listens to problems of villagers
Nawanshahr / Kathgarh, (Asian independent) (Jatinderpal Singh Kaler ) : A wave of happiness spread in the famous Panthic village Panyali Kalan of Balachaur constituency today when Senior District President of Aam Aadmi Party and Chairman of District Planning Board, Advocate Sanjeev Choudhary Chechi and Chairman of Market Committee Balachaur, Sethi Udhanowal specially reached the village. Both the leaders had come to attend the free eye medical check-up camp organized by Pannu Hospital, Ropar at Gurdwara Singh Sabha, Panyali Kalan. On reaching the village, Sarpanch Jathedar Avtar Singh Mann, entire Gram Panchayat and prominent persons and residents of the village gave a very warm welcome to both the leaders by garlanding them with flowers and presenting Siropas. On this occasion, Advocate Sanjeev Choudhary Chechi interacted openly with the villagers, listened to their problems very attentively and also reviewed the ongoing development works and pending works in the village. He said that the Punjab Government is committed to the all-round development of every village and no stone will be left unturned in the development of village Panyali Kalan. Overwhelmed by the love of the people, Advocate Sanjeev Choudhary Chechi, on this occasion, gifted the villagers by announcing *Rs. 1 lakh 50 thousand* from his discretionary quota for the development works of the village. His announcement spread a wave of happiness in the entire pandal. On this occasion, the prominent persons of the village and the entire Panchayat thanked Advocate Sanjeev Choudhary Chechi and Sethi Udhanowal from the bottom of their hearts. The leaders also assured to complete all the remaining development works of the village on priority basis as soon as possible. On this occasion, apart from the Sarpanch of the village, a large number of Panches, Nambardars, members of the Gurdwara Management Committee and a large number of villagers were present.
