The UAE is entering the final stage of Clinical Trials of a Coronavirus Vaccine

UAE,(The Asian Independent) – “We hope that these clinical trials are successful. The UAE is the perfect country to undertake these trials, given that we have over 200 nationalities in the country. Safety of the volunteers remains our absolute priority”, said the Minister.

The UAE has been doing wonderful work in handling the pandemic of Coronavirus. It is a matter of proud to announce that the UAE is entering the final stage of Clinical Trials of a vaccine against COVID-19. Around 5000 volunteers in Abu Dhabi, including Sheikh Abdullah Mohammed Al Hamed, Chairman of the Department of Health Abu Dhabi, have joined the trials, which is one of only three vaccines in Phase 3 trials around the world.

A team of scientists from the UAE is also investigating how the COVID-19 virus is able to transmit from animals to humans. Researchers’ working day and night from Khalifa University of Science and Technology hope to uncover insights into how to limit the spread of the infection.

UAE having succeeded in controlling the spread of infections has opened up several areas with mandatory masks and social distancing.

UAE airline Emirates hopes to be back to ‘new normal’ latest by October 2020. According to several surveys, ECOTOURISM of the UAE is likely to grow post-pandemic because of friendly policies and travel-related incentives.

In the current prevailing situation, the UAE has announced that everyone traveling to the country must have a negative PCR coronavirus test before departure. This applies to all inbound and transit passengers, including citizens, residents, tourists regardless of the country of departure. This rule applies w.e.f August 1st 2020.
