RP Elderly Care Foundation is set up in 2022. RP Elderly Care Foundation is a Registered Trust with the Government of India. The Foundation is helping the Elderly people in India. Before registration, the team of the Foundation made a primary survey of 40 villages of Haryana and found that a majority of older people are struggling to lead a happy life due to declining economic resources and health conditions. The Central and State resources are depleting day by day. The pathetic conditions of Government hospitals and dispensaries are unable to offer adequate medical services to the older persons. The Government pension for the retired older person is as meager as to meet both ends.

     Dr. Rahul Kumar

Dr. Rahul Kumar is the chairman of the RP Elderly Care Foundation. Mr. Parveen Singla is a Vice -Chairman. Dr. Rahul Kumar is a PhD in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Dr. Rahul has written his doctoral thesis on the topic: Elderly Punjabis in Indian Diaspora: A Comparative Study of Punjab and UK. During his field study, he held interviews with hundreds of older people in Punjab and the United Kingdom and found that they are isolated, depressed and neglected.

The Foundation has a team of dedicated people who understand the issues of elderly people. We have future plans to build an Old Age Home in the state of Haryana. For that we are seeking financial assistance from the donors. The name of the donor will be written on the front door of the room.

We also distribute Wheelchair, Walker, Hearing aid, Blankets and need based items to the poor and needy older persons. Please visit our website: www.rpelderlycarefoundation.org. Please ask us at help.rpelderlycarefoundation.org@gmail.com.

We offer food kits to the older people. We are grateful to our donors who donate wholeheartedly to feed the hungry people. Those who are interested to donate food kits please contact Mr. Parveen Singla at mobile number: 9871634538/ 9871080016. We can depute our volunteers to collect the material from the place of a Donor.
