As Bhagwan Valmiki Ji’s Pargat Utsab is drawing near and the propaganda against Bhagwan Valmiki Swami Ji is on increase. The Valmikians firmly believe that Bhagwan Valmiki Ji has been intentionally targeted since ancient times to hide him away from his own people.
On social media has been loaded, that till 1920 the Valmikians had no identity and it was Pandit Amichand Sharma who has given them God Valmiki. Infect, the Valmikians are now much wiser and are able to stand and fight for the dignity and pride of Bhagwan Valmiki Swami Ji.
The Valmikians feel there are two parts to this story. Only the Aryan version is being accounted for and the Valmikian side is being ignored. The Valmikians totally refute that Amichand Sharma has given Valmiki identity. It is a fabricated story. It was done with the thought that the Valmikians can be easily led to believe anything. Similar story even now is floating around.
The story is that Mr. Modi Ji was asked that something needs to be done to gain Valmikian votes. So, for this in his book he has mentioned them as Karam Yogis. One can easily understand what Karma Modi Ji is pointing to.
The presenters on TV in Britain, who are fuelling it are insulting their own Adhivasi brotherhood because it seems for them Bhagwan Valmiki is a Brahmin but for Satguru Ravidass Ji he was an Adhivasi and has highly graced Bhagwan Valmiki Ji in his Shabd Vichar. It would be helpful if they could kindly take this into account.
The Valmikian Itihas is present following Pandit Bakshi Ram Ji’s hard research. Because of Pandit Bakshi Ram Ji’s research, Bhagwan Valmiki Ji’s statement that he is the tenth son of Raja Parchetta Ji is present in the highly ranked film Ramayana and in the Ramayana episodes. Pandit Bakshi Ram’s research has brought confidence in the Valmikian Community and helped to understand strategies applied against them.
As per Valmikian Itihas, they have been degraded from the rulers to lowest of the low via caste discrimination against them. In their degradation the Manu Smriti had played a big part which finally was outlawed in the new Constitution. For many centuries they were tormented until the Muslim reign.
The Aryans were quite close to Muslim Authorities and warned them that the Ashoots must not be let to know that their God is Valmiki or their energy would regenerate again and would be problematic. The Muslim Authorities now gave name Bale Shah to Valmiki Ji. Outside the villages they built small platforms with a headstone that had a slot to light a chi-raag.
Now the Valmikians had an opportunity to pray by lighting a Chi-raag. This carried on until 1900. In early 1900 a Muslim Maulvi (Priest) in Gurdass-Pur (Punjab) broke the news to the Bale Shah Devotees that the Bale Shah name has been given to your God Valmiki. He has written Ramayana that the Hindus are believing in. The news spread fast and put the energy into the Valmikians to research deep into it.
Pandit Bakshi Ram took the lead and guided the Valmikians out of the maze in which they had been caught since ancient times. His Popularity spread fast and was recognised as the leader of the Valmikian Community. He was present in the Adhi Dharam movement.
Pandit Bakshi Ram was close to Babu Mangu Ram Ji and Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar Ji. If he was a Brahmin as now being claimed, why were they close to him? Surely, they should have kept away because their fight was against the Brahmins. The Valmikians firmly believe that this story of Amichand Sharma has been fabricated to fulfil their own agendas.
Pandit Bakshi Ram Ji’s closeness to Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar and Subash Chander Bose, plus his caring for the down trodden came into notice of the Indian Government and was honoured for his services. He also received Bhartiya Dalit Sahitya Academy’s 1992 and 1993 Dr Ambedkar National Award.
In year 1972, on the Independence Day Pandit Bakshi Ram Ji was awarded for his rendered services towards welfare of the trodden down. The Valmikians must not forget that the luxurious lives they are now enjoying have resulted through Pandit Bakshi Ram Ji’s hard struggle for their rights.
The highly recognised Bhagwan Valmiki Mandir in Amritsar is present following his hard research. In 1950‘s, Guru Gian Nath Ji and Pandit Bakshi Ram were working together to claim back land from the Mahants that was under their possession. The credit goes Central Valmik Sabha UK and the Valmikian Leaders in India who have fought together and have managed to free the land via Court proceedings in India.
A very important meeting is taking place in Bhagwan Valmiki Mandir Amritsar on the October 27th to select the flag for the Mandir. I wish to addition a few words on this. Pandit Bakshi Ram Ji through his research discovered that Red Flags with Bow and Arrow symbol use to fly on the Bhawan Valmiki Ji’s Ashrams.
In Bedford, England when the Flag was raised in1984, Pandit Bakshi Ram Ji was present here in Bedford. Following discussions with him, the committee raised the Red Flag with Bow and Arrow symbol. Somehow it got changed but last year it has been replaced again.
The red flag with Bow and Arrow symbol has connection with ancient History. In the times of love and Kush were flying so the same flag deserves to be on this highly recognised Bhagwan Valmiki Ji Ashram. A flag is part of the History and its colour and symbol have to be preserved.
The Countries do not change their flags because their history is attached to it so the red flag should be given preference because with it the Historical values of this Ashram are attached.
