Bhakti or hero worship is very dangerous to the whole humanity as it promotes only slavery or servile mind to not think rationally and logically and it is the greatest harm to the whole humanity in the entire world and it is much more dangerous in India than one can imagine and it is unimaginably dangerous to the SC & ST people who are often left leaderless and guideless as those who claim to be the leaders are turning out to be pretenders trading on Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar just for their shameless survival and unethical prosperity at the cost of the lives of the millions of the helpless, hapless and sapless downtrodden. Hence , it is the duty of all the educated and elite SC&ST leaders, representatives and so called great men to follow the footprints of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar to the maximum extent possible, if not hundred percent, and do something for the uplift of our brethren who are pinning their hope on the so called highly educated, well-employed, well-positioned and well-settled to look back their unfortunate and most underprivileged people. It is always better even to not extend helping hands than to not inflict grave oppression exploiting the innocence, ignorance and helplessness of the followers and masses. As Aristotle has rightly said, *”Man is a thinking animal”* Disallowing and suppressing or suffocating a man from his thinking process is a gross uncivilisation and unculture which no cultured man will think of doing. We have to promote the thinking process of everyone in such a way, it gets promoted to the rationalized thinking which is the great and invaluable asset to the society and it is a must for those who claim to lead the society.
Buddha said, *”KNOW TRUTH AS TRUTH AND UNTRUTH AS UNTRUTH”* Equally shameless are those who know the truth but are spineless to speak truth or are hesitating to speak truth but support untruth with their sinful silence. Harming the already downtrodden people by the downtrodden leaders is uncharitable and it is a ruthless suppression by those within the group/ organization. Let us follow the ideas and ideals of our Saviour and do something concrete to our society already plagued with depression, suppression and oppression by the caste-Hindu fanatics. Merely paying tributes to our Saviour is meaningless unless we attach some relevance and values to the tribute. Dr Babasaheb Birth Anniversary and Death Anniversary (Mahaparinirvana) come and go but the problems of the SC&ST people are growing in different shapes and in higher magnitude and most of us remain silent spectators. Let us not be silent spectators; let us not deceive our own people; let us not thrive on our hapless people; let us not use our education, employment and elitist position to suppress and dominate the unfortunate and unprivileged and our underprivileged people; let us respect our leaders and elders who are committed to the cause of people but let us not hero-worship them in a manner of promoting dictatorship; let us identify and promote the true leaders who are miniscule in number but unable to defeat the sinful-majority spreading its tentacles across the country. This is how we can pay our tributes to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and all our pioneering leaders.
