Islamabad,  Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan’s ex-wife Jemima Goldsmith made fun of a Maulana who believes that the founder of Wikileaks, a website which has exposed misdeeds in many countries, is someone named Wiki and he is her close cousin.

Jemima’s reaction came on Wednesday after netizens posted a video of the Maulana on social media tagging her in it, the reports said.

This Maulana is Jamat Ulema-e-Islam- Fazal leader Mufti Kifayatullah. The JUI-F has organised an Azadi March to Islamabad, seeking Imran Khan’s resignation.

During a debate on a private TV channel, when the anchor apprised Kifayatullah that as per cable leaks, Maulana Fazlur Rehman had met American officials, the JUI-F leader interrupted him only to say that ‘Wiki of Wikileaks’ is a cousin of Jemima Goldsmith and that the leak (regarding Fazlur Rehman) was part of a vested agenda.

Reacting to the Maulana’s statement, Jemima tweeted, “For those who don’t speak Urdu – apparently I have a first cousin called “Wiki” – who set up Wikileaks – which is a Zionist tool, supporting Imran Khan’s Zionist agenda. This from a so called Islamic scholar/cleric….Wiki cousin hai Jemima ka.”

In another tweet she said, “Wait till he finds out about my other cousins Panama Leaks and Vicky Pedia”.

Panama Papers was one of the most shocking revelations by Wikileaks which exposed that leaders, artists and celebrities of many countries have invested their money illegally in foreign countries to evade paying taxes. The list also included the names of many Pakistani leaders.

Wikileaks was founded by Julian Assange in 2006.
