Many Sehajdhari Sikhs nowadays are bit reluctant to take Khaday Battay da Amrit thinking that they will not be able to follow the code of conduct for baptised Sikhs. What they forget is that it is the Khandday Battay da Amrit that will give them the strength to follow the code of conduct. Everyone I know who has taken Amrit from the five beloved has commented that it is the best thing they have done in their whole life.
