He has been an active force from behind the scene most of the time. I have seen him for more than one decade when we started working in Campaign for Electoral Reforms in India. He grew up in an Ambedkarite family in Aurangabad and closely watched the historical Namantaran movement being led by the Dalit Panthers which actually redefined the Ambedkarite movement and its assertive approach. Anil Yadavrao Gaikwad was a successful banker but resigned as he felt his job would not give him satisfaction to serve the community. He started his own company to help the budding entrepreneurs of his community. Always inspiring to do something new, he started various web portal to help new Ambedkrite looking for new avenues in business and entrepreneurship. He is also the editor of Buddhist Voice as well as Jai Bheem.com. Sharing a conversation with Dr Anil Gaikwad on his thoughts and journey so far.
