Chef Nitisha will be seen taking over East End’s Cookery Theatre where she’ll showcase three extremely delicious recipes with a modern twist to delight our palettes. These quick and easy creations are a treat for exploratory home cooks and flavour enthusiasts alike.
The audience will get an opportunity to indulge in some flavourful Mango & Coconut Parathas made with East End’s – Gold Chapatti Atta, Ghee, Mango Pulp, among other tantalizing ingredients. Savour the delectable taste of the Mixed Bean Tortilla, featuring East End’s Turmeric, Chilli, and Cumin, along with a delightful medley of red kidney and black-eyed beans. And don’t miss the mouthwatering Kaali Daal, prepared using East End’s aromatic Ghee, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cumin, and Cloves.
