(Asian Independent)- Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar deserves to be honoured the title of SON OF INDIA because he is the one who has given India the Indian Constitution through which it has progressed to where it is now. It has grouped people together and because of joint performance India has earned worldwide recognition.

A survey in India was carried out to name the personality of the 19th Century. The names of the famous politicians, the Bollywood celebrities and the famous sportsmen of India were in the list. It was a tough competition. The majority voted for DR BHIM RAO AMBEDKAR and was declared as the outright winner.

Now Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar for millions has become an Icon figure. His statues are being built worldwide. His posters are now becoming part of all the demonstrations. People have now come to understand, the pains he has gone through to establish equality in India.

They would like him to be honoured with the title SON OF MOTHER INDIA because without him, the Indian Constitution would not be present today. The others in the Draft Committee threw in the towel because it was beyond their capabilities. It was Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar who finalised it. His shown interest towards Mother India has made him a household name. Now people from all faiths are standing behind him.

The bias ruling of the BJP Government has awakened people to realise the value of the Indian Constitution. They have taken Dr. Ambedkar close to their hearts because through his Constitution, they are all benefiting regardless of their background or their belief.

Throughout India there is a lot of up rise against the Government because it wants to bring back outlawed Manusmirity. Dr. Ambedkar had put a lot of effort in drafting of the Indian Constitution but the present Government is devaluating it through amendments, solely to create a pathway for the Manusmirity.

The BJP Government’s claim that India has progressed since their takeover in 2014. It is groundless because many years of hard work and planning is behind this. All the previous Governments have contributed in this success and do deserve credit. Also, Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar deserves credit because of his Constitution it has been possible.

Today Indian women are present in every profession. This would have never happened, if the Manusmirity had remained after the Independence. It stands against women, lower castes and the Adhivasi population. It is only because of the Constitution that the women and the others have had an opportunity to progress.

Dr Ambedkar was a very wise man and had the ability to think ahead. So he was able to draft the Constitution in such a manner that has improved humanitarian grounds in India. Unfortunately with return of the Manusmirity all the improvements attained so far will be dispersed because it supports ruling of one particular sect and the rest will be second grade citizens.

The Manusmirity shows of no respect for the females so what will happen of the struggles and strives they have faced to progress. Do they want to be locked again in their houses to do house core duties? If the Manusmirity happens to take over than this is quite likely to become reality.

There are protests all over India are taking place because the people have sussed out what the BJP is aiming for? They can see a very bleak future.

Therefore, they are all protesting to save their constitutional rights but are being labelled as Anti-Nationals and serious allegations against them are being filed by the authorities. The Indian Constitution justifies those as Anti-National who forfeit the Constitution. So as per Indian Constitution, enforcing of the Hindutva is illegal because it interferes with one’s own belief.

India is economically going down downhill. Unemployment is at large. Students are deeply concerned about their future and are protesting all around India. The poor are getting poorer and the rich are getting richer. The teenagers who have passed their entry exams to join the Indian Army are still waiting. Whether they are successful remains to be seen.

India has always been highly respected for democracy. Law and order has been well maintained. The trust within the Police and the public is now breaking down because they are failing to give them protection as per the Indian Constitution.

Through guidance of some religious organisations and with the cohesion of the members of the Parliament, the corruption has been seeping into the system since a long time. Now even the Police have become part of it. Rapes and murders are at large and the offenders are walking free. The rich by bribing the Police are able to do as they please.

Today the names of the saints, the MP’s and even the police officers are linked to criminal offences. The new developments since BJP’s take over are indeed shocking and the big worry is that what will happen to India if the Hindu Rashtra is declared.

It is quite likely that mob lynching of the poor will increase. Detention centres may become home for the Adhivasi and will have no voice.

Manusmirity will be the law of the land. The Religious Organisations will control the fate of all and Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar’s hard work will come to an end.

Dr Ambedkar became the first Law Minister of India. He faced a lot of insult from the RSS when he gave equal rights to women. He gave them right to property, marry whoever they chose and end marriage if mistreated.

The idea behind repealing of the three farm laws was to gain complete control over India. As per Indian Constitution, agriculture issues fall under the State Governments and not under the Central Government.

Dr Ambedkar’s last words were if you cannot improve on my efforts then please do not let them to slip back. Therefore we have a duty to save the Constitution and protect the rights given to us by him.

He is a beacon of hope for all, so every effort should be made to preserve and promote his ideology.

Therefore, all the Indian communities worldwide should UNITE and work together to save the Constitution of India. A UNITED VOICE IS NEEDED.

Jai Bharat
