The Tech Giant in America is experiencing disturbing behaviour within the Indian Employees. Some employees belonging to Upper castes seem to have a different attitude towards the others who come from the lower end. The company is introducing policies to get rid of the rigid hierarchy that has segregated Indians since ancient times.
I would like to addition a few words on casteism which is the source to this problem. It was introduced by the Aryans to demoralise the natives of India. For centuries, through hatred they have promoted it but unfortunately it is still alive in the 20th century and has reached into foreign countries. Only 15% are behind this who regard themselves to be superior to the rest by birth.
An uneducated higher caste considers himself to be better than a highly educated low caste person on grounds to his birth. Even Baba sahib Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar Ji experienced this in his time. The disrespect from the upper caste working under him, forced him, to stand in protection of those being victimised through upper caste’s hateful acts.
At that time, Dr Ambedkar sahib did caution the world that the Casteism is so deeply ingrained in the higher castes that they are bound to carry it where ever they go. He had outlawed it in the Indian Constitution and given equal right to all regardless of their caste, culture or creed. Unfortunately, some have failed to abide and are behind spreading of this hatred in the foreign countries.
A few years ago, voice against casteism was raised in England and an act was passed but still has not been implemented. The higher caste denies that it exists in England, but it does. it’s presence is being experienced in America. A high-tech company in America is deeply concerned because to them segregation in any form is not acceptable.
The higher castes where ever they have gone, they have used this method to show of their superiority through birth. This has worked in the past because it has brought promotions and gains for them in the employment section. The employers got influenced because they have held high regard for the Indian Dharma.
But since BJP’s take over in 2014, the world has seen how Dharma is being used to remain in power. Under illusion of Dharma corruptive ways are being instigated. A BJP representative on social media was shown urinating on an Adhivasi’s face. How disgusting is this but it does happen in India because of hatred buried within the Higher castes towards the natives. People with such mentality are present in the foreign countries and are responsible for promoting hateful ideology. To them, progress of the lower castes hurt because they want them to remain as per Manusmirity.
Under chanting of Jai Shree Ram, terrorising acts are happening. Rapes and molestation through hatred on the poor has increased. The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. Their rights given by the Indian Constitution are being withdrawn. All the paths to native progress are being blocked. Using of Shree Ram Chander Ji’s name for political gains was unthinkable but is happening under this Government.
Mahatma Gandhi Ji firmly believed in Shree Ram Chander Ji. When assassinated by Nathu Ram Godse, his last words were Ram, Ram, Ram. He gained Independence for India through peaceful means and Rahul Gandhi Ji is doing the same. When all was falling apart, he has through his two Bharat Jodo Yatras pulled it together.
Because of Rahul Gandhi Ji, the winning spree of BJP has come to an end. It was a well-planned scam to remain in power but with the wisdom Rahul Gandhi Ji has, he has managed to disclose it. All the eyes are now set on him because he has leadership qualities. Following his disclosing, he is now doing a Voter Adhikar Yatra in Bihar. The crowd in millions is joining his yatra.
In future, Rahul Gandhi Ji will always be remembered as a true devotee of Bharat Mata and a saviour of Indian Constitution and Democracy in India. He has a heart full of compassion, knowledge and kindness. He is bold as a lion and fierce as a tiger. He is highly educated and fantastically fit.
Because of his fitness and bravery, he has been able to do two Bharat Jodo Yatras through which Honourable Modi Ji’s downfall has come. His two yatras brought back the confidence that the public had lost through the fear created by the BJP. He is not scared of dying because he is a fearless fighter. Bravery is in his genetics.
Lastly, Professor Rattan Lal has joined the Congress Party. He is a true supporter of the Indian Constitution and Baba sahib Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar. I admire him for his devotion towards Adhi vasi causes. The new claim that Bhagwan Valmiki was a Hindu Brahmin is not acceptable to the Valmikians. For Guru Ravi Dass Ji, Bhagwan Valmiki Ji was an Adhi vasi that is why he has included Bhagwan Valmiki Ji in his Baani.
Dr Ambedkar Ji was fighting for the Dalit rights so was Pandit Bakshi Ram Ji in Punjab. Mahatma Gandhi Ji sheltered in Bhagwan Valmiki Mandir for nearly nine months because to him Bhagwan Valmiki Ji was a Dalit God. Surely, Mahatma Gandhi Ji knew what he was doing. Taking this into account, it seems that it’s an unfounded claim.
The pain of the Valmikians is hard to understand because the others have not gone through it. Only the ones who have gone through it understand better than anyone else.
So, It would be helpful if Dr Rattan Lal could kindly accept the Valmikians as ADHIVASIS AND NOT AS HINDU BRAHMINS.
Finally, I salute to Rahul Gandhi Ji, through who’s hard work there is a sigh of relief in India.
