Shooter accused in murder 4 months ago in Aur arrested from Telangana

Nawanshahr,    (Asian independent)   (Jatinderpal Singh Kaler) – As per the instructions of Tushar Gupta IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, and under the guidance of Harinder Singh Mann PPS, SP Investigation and Jatinder Chauhan PPS, DSP Investigation, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, continuing the special drive launched by the district police against gangsters and anti-social elements, the CIA Staff Nawanshahr police party has achieved a major success in arresting the main shooter in the Nishan Singh murder case from the state of Telangana. It is notable that two unidentified motorcycle-borne youths had shot dead Nishan Singh alias Moni son of Surjit Singh, resident of Aur, in front of Vishwakarma Temple, Aur, on 29th May. On the basis of the statement of Shaminder Singh son of Avtar Singh, resident of Aur, a case was registered against ten persons. During investigation, it came to light that due to old enmity, Dheeraj Kumar alias Deechu Rana son of Raj Kumar, resident of Aur, presently residing in America, and Akash Chauhan alias Rocky son of Surinder Kumar, resident of Aur, presently residing in America, had provided arms to Amandeep alias Aman son of Soni, resident of Aur, PS Aur, and Bhupinder Singh alias Bhinda son of late Nirmal Singh, resident of Garhpad, and got Nishan Singh murdered. CIA Staff Nawanshahr has arrested the alleged accused Bhupinder Singh alias Bhinda son of late Nirmal Singh, resident of Garhpad, from village Bajrahnur, PS Bajrahnur, District Adilabad, Telangana, with the help of local police there and produced him in court. After obtaining four days police remand from the court, one pistol of 32 bore has been recovered from the alleged accused from village Garhpad. The alleged accused were made to pick up three pistols from Bhulekha Chowk, Balachaur, with which Nishan Singh was murdered. Out of these three pistols, one pistol has already been recovered and the remaining two pistols were got picked up by Dheeraj Kumar through one of his associates after the murder incident. In lieu of this work, Dheeraj Kumar had lured the alleged accused Bhupinder Singh and Amandeep Singh to take them abroad and had also given around one lakh rupees for expenses. Cases were already registered against the alleged accused vide FIR No. 122 dated PS Division No. 06 Jalandhar, District Jalandhar, FIR No. 111 dated 6-2-2026 under Section 25 Arms Act, PS Aur, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, FIR No. 61 dated 30-05-2026 under Section 103(1), 61(2) enhanced to 48,3(5) 2 NS, 25-54-59 Arms Act, PS Aur, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.
