Balachaur, (Asian independent) (Jatinderpal Singh Kaler): Balachaur Constituency MLA Santosh Kataria distributed appointment letters to newly recruited Anganwadi workers and helpers for the vacant positions at various Anganwadi centers operating under the Balachaur block. While addressing the newly appointed staff, MLA Santosh Kataria urged them to ensure that they discharge their duties with complete honesty, hard work, and dedication. She emphasized that the Punjab Government is continuously providing employment opportunities to the youth and added that the state government is leaving no stone unturned in driving the holistic development of the state. On this occasion, Puran Pankaj Sharma, Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Balachaur, informed that appointment letters were handed out to 12 Anganwadi workers and 20 Anganwadi helpers under the block today. He further stated that filling these vacant posts will significantly improve the operational efficiency of the Anganwadi centers in the respective villages, which will enable the residents of these rural and urban areas to benefit from the department’s welfare schemes in a highly effective manner. Sandeep Kumar (Clerk), alongside supervisors Anjali, Paramjit Kaur, Harshbala, and Neelam Kumari, were also present on the occasion.
