A committee was formed with representatives from the National Informatics Centre (NIC), the Centre for Development of Advance Computing (C-DAC), the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), the National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI) and the Ministry of Finance with an objective to develop the vendor-agnostic interoperable ecosystem for the NCMC, including banking interface.
